Bob Baffert, joking on the latest “Inside Churchill Downs” radio show, said “we’re always hoping the ones we haven’t run yet” are the best 2-year-old prospects in his barn.
If that holds true, the four-time Kentucky Derby winner could be loaded for the 2018 running.
Baffert has debuted a slew of juvenile colts to watch, and it’s evident from his interview with Churchill media gurus Darren Rogers and John Asher the Hall of Famer considers McKinzie among his best to head to the track so far.
